What materials are used in your products?

Arkki products are made from bio-sourced PLA, a plant-based material selected for its strength and low environmental impact. An alternative to petroleum-based plastics, it is biodegradable under industrial composting conditions and does not release toxic substances during decomposition. Its production also generates a reduced carbon footprint, contributing to a more environmentally friendly approach.

Are vases and planters suitable for outdoor use?

Our vases and planters are designed for indoor use. The bio-based PLA material is not designed to withstand outdoor conditions such as prolonged humidity, temperature fluctuations, or UV exposure, which could affect their durability. For optimal preservation, we recommend using them indoors only.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery of in-stock products is generally fast. For all orders placed Monday to Friday before 4 p.m., we process the order the same day and hand it over to Swiss Post.

If the item is not in stock, it may take an additional 1-2 days to process your order.

In case of absence, a calling card will be left with the package made available at the nearest post office.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs are CHF 9.90. Delivery is free for all orders over CHF 49.90, specified at checkout.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

How can I track the progress of my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This will allow you to follow the progress of your delivery in real time.

What is your return and exchange policy?

You can return or exchange unused items in perfect condition within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us via the contact form to initiate a return or exchange.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

Please contact us via the contact form within 7 days of receiving the item. We will replace the damaged or defective item or arrange a return.
